IFS FOOD
The IFS Food Standard allows for the review of products and production processes to assess a food manufacturer’s ability to produce safe, authentic, and high-quality products in accordance with legal requirements and customer specifications. It helps companies meet the market’s growing demands for transparency and traceability, contributes to improving product integrity, and increases efficiency. Audits are conducted by qualified IFS Auditors who work for accredited, independent certification bodies. IFS Standards are subject to evaluation by government or private organizations.
JAS
The JAS standards for organic plants and processed organic foods of plant origin were established in 2000 based on the Guidelines for the Production, Processing, Labeling, and Marketing of Organically Produced Foods, adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
BRCGS
BRCGS certification provides vital assurance and confidence in the supply chain and ensures high standards of safety and quality to safeguard consumers. As the most established global leader in food and non-food categories, BRCGS is the most widely recognized certification of its kind and is accepted worldwide by brands, retailers, and specifiers.
USDA ORGANIC
The USDA Organic certification is a certification issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. This certification guarantees that Leng-d’Or, the manufacturer, uses a high percentage of organically grown ingredients in the production of its products.

PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN ACEITE DE NAVARRA / The Protected Designation of Origin “Aceite de Navarra,” abbreviated as D.O.P. Aceite de Navarra and marketed as Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Navarra, is a Protected Designation of Origin that protects and identifies olive oil production in the Autonomous Community of Navarra.

INTERNATIONAL OLIVE COUNCIL / The Urzante laboratory has been accredited by the International Olive Council (IOC) for the physicochemical analysis of olive oils and olive pomace oils – Type A: Advanced testing (December 1, 2025 – November 30, 2026)
The International Olive Council is the only international intergovernmental organization dedicated to olive oil and table olives. It is headquartered in Madrid, Spain, where it was established in 1959 under the auspices of the United Nations. Previously known as the IOOC (International Olive Oil Council) until 2006, it changed its name that year.

OU KOSHER
The Hebrew word “Kosher” means suitable, appropriate, or proper. Kosher foods are those prepared in accordance with Jewish dietary laws, which are permissible for consumption because they meet the requirements of the Hebrew Bible’s dietary laws. The laws of kashrut (Jewish dietary law) primarily regulate two aspects: permitted foods and the preparation of those foods.
REYNO GOURMET
This brand was created in 2007 by the Government of Navarre to certify agri-food products from the region, projecting a unified image that facilitates the market penetration and recognition of these products, and enhancing their visibility and prestige among consumers.
Extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the following varieties of wild olives: Arróniz, Empeltre, and Arbequina. The native Arróniz variety is considered the primary variety, accounting for more than 10% of the oil blend, which may come from either the oil mixture or the olives themselves.
